Photo Share with PictureTrail

I used Phototrail to create my photo slideshow. I found it to be extremely user friendly I did not have any problems with it at all. You just had to simply upload the pictures of your choose from your computer or you can even get them off of myspace and other social networking sites. Then choose the type of slideshow you wanted and the backgrounds and add captions and you created your slideshow. You can add the slideshow to your myspace page and other social networking pages right from the site. It is very useful and I will probably use it in the future for sure.

RSS Feed

I found this to be a great resource that may come in handy very often. I thought this was going to be something much more difficult to set up but surprisingly it was extremely easy. Normally I would just use the front page on yahoo.com or aol.com to get updating on what is going on in the world, but now I can easily go to my RSS feeds and get to view different updates about stuff that I am interested in. It will be great to be able to just go to one page and see information about music, movies and sports all on one page. I will definitely add more pages to this and use it in the future. I found the music feed I have subscribed to provided exactly what I wanted. It provides a list of the top 100 songs on the charts so that I can look through and see what songs were out that I havent heard and it gives me an idea on new songs to check out and put on my ipod. This is definately one feed that I will keep and check on in the future.

I liked this assignment because it taught me a way to bookmark websites so that I could access from any computer. This is extremely helpful for me because I do not always use the same computer and I sometimes forget the names of the websites I may be using for research or to complete an assignment.

ALL ABOUT ME

My name is Angela Ortega. I am 19 years old and was born in Queens, New York!!! I live in Avon and have for the past 13 years. I have one older brother and one young sister. I grew up playing softball, basketball, and soccer. I played softball in high school and was on the varsity team all four years. I had always dreamed of playing softball in college but my junior year I got into a car accident. I got t-boned by a semi and my eclipse was totalled and I got an injure to my back. Due to this accident I could no longer play softball like I had been able to previously because of my back injury. This was a very hard time in my life as my dream was ripped away. I am a strong believer in the fact that everything happens for a reason so I have tired my best to move on from this. As I write this I am currently in the hospital getting ready to give birth to my first child hopefully sometime tomorrow. I could not be more happy me and my fiance are expecting a babygirl which we plan on naming Nevaeh T'nes. We also plan on getting married hopefully this summer so i have a rather excited year ahead of me!

I found creating a blog to be rather easy especially because the steps are laid out for you. The only problem I am having is with uploading my photo it says that it is uploading but it is taking a long time. I tried to cancel that picture and just replace it with another thinking maybe the picture is too large but it won't even let me remove the photo. Hopefully i can figure out how to do this soon.
